SYNOPSIS
Nothing’s happened in Wilder’s hometown since they filmed that cult kids’ adventure movie there in the 80s…but that’s ancient history.
Until one day, she and her friends come upon a centuries-old pirate map drawn by someone named Black Mary…and find out there might be some REAL adventure in their tiny town after all!

MACY
Macy is a hardcore maverick musician. She and her step-bro Todd are in an electropunk feminist noise band together, and she also works at the Cannon Cove Film Museum, where she takes guests on tours through the town's history...and the movie the Gloomies. Mostly the movie. But hey, at least she doesn't actually have to memorize all those dates.
DOT
Dot is a girls of facts and logic and knowing all the answers on Jeopardy. Her friends would call her a human Wikipedia, but she'd probably rather just be a human encyclopedia...don't know you know anyone can edit Wikipedia, and it's full of inaccuracies and generalizations?
KARMA
Karma is the believer of the group. She's innocent and kind-hearted, and also super interested in things like seances, Ouija boards, reincarnation, crystals, and tarot cards. In fact, she even works for her parents from time-to-time as a fortune teller.
